Policies.

We ship Monday to Friday from [FULFILMENT LOCATION]. Orders placed before 1pm ET usually go out the same day; anything after that goes the next business day.

• Standard, 3–5 business days — $5, free on orders over $40
• Expedited, 2 business days — $14
• We currently ship to US addresses only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO

You get a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves us. If you're on text alerts we don't send shipping updates by text — those stay in email, so the text program is only the marketing messages you signed up for.

Run releases. When a run goes live, orders are filled in the order they're paid for. If a shade sells out while an order is in progress we'll email you the same day with the choice of a swap or a refund.

Unopened products can go back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Send us the order number and we'll email a prepaid label.

Opened products. If a shade isn't right on you, we'll still take it back within 30 days as long as it's less than half used. Colour is hard to judge on a screen and we'd rather you tried it.

• Refunds land on the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the parcel
• Return shipping is on us for anything faulty, damaged or wrongly sent
• Sale items and the refill pan are final sale
• We can't accept returns on the Body Oil once the seal is broken

Something arrived damaged. Photograph it before you do anything else and email office@beautytob.com. We'll replace it from the current run without asking for the broken one back.

This policy covers beautytob.com and the BEAUTYTOB text alerts program, both operated by Brandtop Spots LLC, 2726 Bissonnet St Ste 240 #2145, Houston, TX, 77005.

What we collect

• You give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you sign up for text alerts, and anything you write to support.
• Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived. We use a single first-party analytics tool and no advertising cookies.
• Payment: handled by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never see them.

Why we have it

• To take, fill and support your order
• To send the text alerts you opted in to, and the emails you opted in to
• To detect fraud and keep the site working
• To meet tax, accounting and consumer-protection obligations

Your mobile number and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• Your number is used only to run the BEAUTYTOB text alerts program. It is passed to our messaging provider solely so the messages can be delivered, and that provider is contractually barred from using it for anything else. We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we never pass SMS consent to another brand.
• We keep a record of each opt-in — the number, the date and time, the page it happened on, and the exact consent wording that was displayed — for as long as you are subscribed and for four years afterwards, because that record is what proves your consent was real.

Who else touches your data

Only the service providers we need to operate: our store platform, payment processor, shipping carriers, email provider, SMS provider and analytics. Each is bound to use it only on our instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Your choices

• Text alerts: reply STOP to any message, or email or call us. Either works.
• Email: unsubscribe link at the bottom of every send.
• Access, correction, deletion and portability: email privacy@beautytob.com and we'll respond within 45 days. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.
• Appeals: if we refuse a request you can appeal to the same address, and we'll answer within 45 days.

Children

The site and the text program are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and text alerts require you to confirm you're 18 or over.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we'll post the new date here and, where the change affects the text program, tell subscribers by text before it takes effect. Questions: privacy@beautytob.com.

By using beautytob.com or buying from us you agree to these terms. They're between you and Brandtop Spots LLC, trading as BEAUTYTOB.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. If something is mispriced or out of stock we may cancel before shipping and refund you in full — we'll always email you first.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on where the order ships. Payment is taken when the order is placed.

Products and shades

Shades are photographed under consistent lighting but no screen is accurate. Colour also shifts slightly between runs, which is why every unit carries a run number. If a shade isn't what you expected, that's what the returns policy is for.

Use the products as intended

These are cosmetics for external use. Patch test if you have reactive skin, keep them out of your eyes, and stop using anything that irritates you. We make no medical claims about any product, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Your account and conduct

Keep your login details to yourself. Don't scrape the site, resell our products as new, or use our name, photography or copy without written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], and disputes go to the courts of [STATE].

What the program is. BEAUTYTOB Text Alerts is a recurring automated marketing text message program. Subscribers receive run dates, restock notes, shade releases and offers.

How you join. By entering your mobile number on beautytob.com and ticking the consent box, or by texting a published keyword to our number. Either way you are giving prior express written consent to receive automated marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We send one confirmation message; reply YES to complete sign-up.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies, at around 4 to 6 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. BEAUTYTOB does not charge for the program; your mobile carrier may charge you for messages received.

How to stop. Reply STOP, STOPALL, END, CANCEL, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then nothing further. You can also ask us to remove your number by emailing office@beautytob.com or calling (866) 362-8965 — any reasonable request works and you do not have to use a keyword. We process opt-outs immediately and in every case within 10 business days.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for our name and contact details, email office@beautytob.com, or call (866) 362-8965, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm ET.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is supported on major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and UScellular. Carrier support can change without notice.

Eligibility. US mobile numbers only. You must be 18 or over and either the account holder or an authorised user of the number you enter. If you give us a number that is not yours, tell us and we'll remove it.

When we send. Marketing messages go out between 9am and 8pm in your local time zone, and never on a schedule tighter than the frequency stated above.

Changing your number. If you give up a mobile number, tell us so we don't text whoever gets it next.

Your data. Handled under the privacy policy above. Your number and your SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Changes. We may update these terms. If a change materially affects the program we'll tell subscribers by text before it takes effect.
